Parking restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of the event and allow emergency services to access the community if needed. Please be considerate and follow all posted signage. Standard regulations—such as not blocking driveways or fire hydrants—remain in effect at all locations and times, even if not explicitly posted.

Temporary No Parking Restrictions – Ottawa Italian Festival

To accommodate road closures, event operations, and emergency access, temporary No Parking / Tow Away Zones will be in effect from Friday, June 19 to Monday, June 22 in the following areas:

Preston Street

  • Both sides of Preston Street between Carling Avenue and Somerset Street

Gladstone Avenue

  • Both sides of Gladstone Avenue between Preston Street and Rochester Street

Rochester Street

  • Both sides of Rochester Street between Carling Avenue and Beech Street

Aberdeen Street

  • Both sides of Aberdeen Street between Rochester Street and Preston Street

Side Streets Between Preston Street and Rochester Street

  • Norman Street

  • Pamilla Street

  • Adeline Street

  • Poplar Street

  • Anderson Street

  • Eccles Street

  • Balsam Street

  • Willow Street

Additional Restrictions Near Carling Avenue

  • Norfolk Avenue between Carling Avenue and the first block north of Carling Avenue

Resident Permit Parking Areas

The following dead-end streets will be posted as No Stopping – Tow Away Zones, with access maintained for permit holders:
